Post Road: Real Estate Brand Refresh

Post Road Management began with a single-family home in 2002 and, by 2020, grew to 16,000+ multifamily units. Much of the company success was due to a strong reputation within Pennsylvania, but as the company expanded beyond, it became clear that a more polished and hard-working visual identity was imperative to their next chapter.

At the project's beginning, Post Road was looking to modernize their brand with an identity that would be attractive to both management and investment audiences. The project included a new logo, color palette, typography, business cards, a full website redesign, art direction for new company headshots, and a brand guideline.
